Why Our Products Are Non-Refundable?

Each of our products falls under digital downloads, which means they are instantly accessible and cannot be returned once purchased. To ensure transparency, here’s why each category is non-refundable:

Our email templates are delivered immediately upon purchase, allowing users to download, edit, and use them right away. Since digital files cannot be physically returned, we cannot issue refunds once access has been granted. Additionally, our templates are fully editable, meaning customers can modify them to fit their needs, eliminating the possibility of dissatisfaction due to customization limitations.

2. Business Templates

Business templates, including contracts, invoices, planners, and other essential resources, are designed for immediate use in professional settings. Because these files contain ready-to-use content and strategic layouts, once downloaded, the intellectual property cannot be revoked. This ensures that every customer receives the full value of their purchase, preventing any risk of unauthorized sharing or misuse.

3. ClickUp Templates

ClickUp templates provide structured workflows, task management systems, and automation setups that enhance productivity instantly. Once a template is imported into a user's ClickUp workspace, it cannot be removed or revoked by Cherry Inbox. Due to the instant nature of the integration and the immediate usability of our templates, refunds cannot be granted after purchase.
